Keith Korsi is the Founder and CEO of Trissential, a management consulting firm he co-founded in 2003 to help organizations drive strategic transformation. With over three decades of consulting experience, Keith has built a reputation for cultivating lifelong client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and results. His unique ability to blend top-down visionary thinking with bottom-up execution has been key to Trissential’s continued success.

Mecca worked as the U.S. HR Leader for Trissential’s parent company SQS (now Expleo Group) from 2014 to 2015, and returned to Trissential to lead HR, Recruitment, and Resource Management for the USA. Her career has been focused on people initiatives and talent management to achieve business success.

Mecca is a proactive and high energy change manager and internal communications champion. She focuses on building strong relationships at every level. Mecca designs and delivers cost efficient programs and processes which bring time and cost savings. She is a coach and a welcome leader on the executive team.

Jim Mohs is the Principal and Sales Essentialist™, joining the team in 2006. He exceeds client expectations with ease of communication, developing strategic and trusting relationships, and delivering high quality solutions.

Over his 30+ year career, Jim has honed a natural partnering style, which paired with his ability to discern client-critical insight, allows him to help clients efficiently and effectively achieve their business and IT objectives.

Kelli Mack is Director of People Operations, joining the Trissential team in 2009. With her 25 years in the consulting services industry, Kelli combines strong business and human resource expertise to strategically partner with business leaders to meet the organization’s goals. She is a versatile employee relations professional with a strong passion for business process, consulting operations and creative problem-solving.

Jon works with our clients to understand their business and provide services and solutions to support their strategy. He leads the Minnesota sales team and is responsible for expanding our solutions within our current clients and developing new relationships.

Prior to Trissential, Jon was President of Upton Hill, Chief Operating Officer at ITR Group and VP of Sales for Digineer. Jon brings 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success in business and technology consulting.

Joining Trissential in 2007, Craig Thielen is passionate about helping organizations gain digital transformation for sustained competitive advantage.

For 25+ years, Craig has been a highly sought-after consultant and has advised many world-class global organizations. He is a globally recognized thought leader, speaker, and writer on the topics of Data Centricity, Business Agility, Enterprise Transformation, Innovation, Culture, Change Leadership, and Strategy.

Craig also serves as Head of Global Services and Innovation for our parent company, Expleo. While driving improvement on the global scale, the awareness and access to our wide global capabilities and experience is a huge benefit to our clients.

April Beyl has been a part of team Trissential for 10+ years, serving as Marketing Manager. April utilizes creative and strategic thinking to help drive organizational growth by improving Trissential’s digital presence and customer experience.
