A leading global energy company with operations in over 60 countries launched a bold reinvention initiative aimed at reducing waste, increasing efficiency, and embedding safety as a core value. With a goal to transition from a traditional oil company to a forward-looking energy leader by 2025 and 2030, the organization sought a partner to enable enterprise-wide agility.
Challenge
To meet aggressive transformation milestones, the organization needed to shift how work was delivered across diverse business entities – ranging from refining to finance and innovation.
