What makes you excited to start work each day?
Building connections with my coworkers and celebrating the small wins throughout the day. Whether it’s closing a deal or solving a client challenge, those moments of progress drive my enthusiasm.
Up until today, what’s the most significant accomplishment of your career?
Helping numerous individuals secure new roles and opportunities, which is incredibly fulfilling. Additionally, contributing to IT projects that have the potential to make a meaningful impact in the industry has been a career highlight.
What inspired you to enter the technology field?
I’ve always been drawn to STEM, which led to my studies in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Arizona. While I enjoyed the technical challenges, I realized I thrive in roles that balance technology with human interaction. Pursuing a career in IT sales allows me to combine my passion for technology with my love for building relationships and helping others.
What do you do when you’re not working?
If i’m not at work you can find me at the gym, or walking my dog, Bow (in photo). Both activities provide structure to my day and help me recharge mentally and physically. For fun, I enjoy going to the Dallas Stars games, listening to live music and hiking.

What part of Trissential’s core values do you connect with best and why?
I deeply resonate with Humble Confidence. In sales, it’s easy to fall into arrogance, but I believe true success comes from showing expertise with humility. I bring this mindset into every client meeting, ensuring trust and collaboration.
