What makes you excited to start work each day?

The people we work with and the work we are doing. I am a naturally curious person so having the opportunity to learn from the people around me as well as our clients to understand how different organizations are leveraging skills and technologies, is exciting!

Up until today, what’s the most significant accomplishment of your career?

I had a client tell me I was their favorite vendor to work with based off the relationship we had developed. That was pretty early on in my career, so it gave me confidence and just filled my professional cup!

What would you be doing if you hadn’t gone into technology consulting?

I would love to flip houses. I love a good project where I can work with my hands and be creative. Growing up, my dad was always building or fixing things and I had worked for Milwaukee Tool for a bit after college so I think I am pretty handy; I probably think I am more handy than I really am.

What do you do when you’re not working?

My family and friends are a big part of my life, so I usually am with them. We play pickleball, go out on the lake, go for walks/rollerblade, restaurant hopping or projects around my house.

What part of Trissential’s core values do you connect with best and why?

Earned Trust – I really pride myself on having a strong sense of ethics and values. Having open dialogues with clients, consultants, peers, etc. helps to build both trust and respect. When I initially started talking with Trissential, trust and transparency was evident in every conversation which was a large motivator for me to join.

Why did you choose to join Trissential?

In addition to my previous answer, it felt like the entire team is on the same page about what makes Trissential different. The messaging about having a positive impact on anyone who interacts with Trissential was consistent and was touched on in each conversation.

This role is also a big learning opportunity for me and I felt like it was a good time in my career to push myself and take advantage of the professional and personal development.
