Trissential’s Quality Assurance Assessment Taster is a half-day session, working with one of our Senior QA Practice Directors to:
- Identify one of our 25 attributes you would like to cover from our total scope map
- Discuss QA maturity with respect to these attributes with up to four stakeholders from your organization
- Review one to two documents or sample files as part of the assessment
- Present a summary report of our indicative findings
The QA Assessment Taster is a sampling of the full assessment process and the benefits included in a full QA scope completion. Trissential’s full QA Assessment is a five to six week engagement that dives deep into the full breadth and depth of QA within your organization. The assessment covers five key competencies, each with five attributes, and provides our clients with a maturity score aligned with TMMi.
