What makes you excited to start work each day?
I work at the center of a very important healthcare nonprofit. Starting work with the thought that I’m part of a highly skilled team that builds applications and algorithms that directly impact patients by saving lives really excites me.
What’s your biggest motivation in life?
Every small step counts. Try to move forward irrespective of speed rather than holding yourself.
What is the most important accomplishment of your career?
Achieving my Masters’ degree in Information Systems, my promotion to Sr. Technical Engineer, and learning a new technology stack.
What do you do when you are not working?
I hit the gym or go for a hike. I hiked Angel’s Landing, one of the scariest hikes in the US. I also love exploring food places around the city with my friends
What was your inspiration to enter the technology field?
Technology helped me realize there is a solution for every problem. It also improves my critical thinking.
Who is your biggest hero?
My Mom. She never loses her spirit even in worst-case scenarios. She always has an answer. She always supports me and assures me that she got my back and helps me see what’s important in life.
What’s the best part about being a Senior Technical Engineer?
Having the chance to work on complicated projects, and being able to share my knowledge and experience with others. I also like participating in design meetings and see the value my input brings.

What would you be doing if you hadn’t gone into technology consulting?
Maybe joined the Military or opened some nice restaurant near a beach or an island. I really enjoy cooking especially Indian cuisines.
