What makes you excited to start work each day?

The prospect of making life easier for people. My job is all about creating efficiencies and supporting our people by engaging the right systems, processes, and tools.  I love solving problems and finding better ways to work.

What’s your biggest motivation in life?

Building and maintaining strong relationships – I love people!

What is the most important accomplishment of your career?

When I first started at Trissential, I remember someone telling me something along the lines of how the consulting world is not black and white, we deal with people and people are unpredictable so we live in the gray area. Being someone who loves structure, organization, and process that was a bit intimidating.  I am proud that I did not let that deter me from diving into this work because I really love this industry and Trissential.

What do you do when you are not working?

I have two of the most wonderful children (3 years and 8 months old) who are my whole world. Outside of work life is a bit crazy, very loud, and totally wild – and I absolutely adore it! Aside from being a Mom, I love gardening (thank goodness it’s finally spring), cycling, sports, cooking, and baking. I am always looking to try new recipes, so if you have anything great please send my way.

What was your inspiration to enter the technology field?

Truth be told, when I came to Trissential I knew next to nothing about technology or consulting, but I was excited about a new challenge. Once I started at Trissential, I was hooked on the technology field – I love that it is ever-evolving and you have to be continuously learning to keep up.

Who is your biggest hero?

My parents! They are both the hardest workers and embody grit, determination, and perseverance. They have strong morals and values and stick to them, which has always impressed me. I know I can always count on them and that they will always believe in me.

What’s the best part about being a Professional Services Manager?

I consistently get to work with people from every area of the company! There is so much variety in my role and there’s always a new challenge to tackle. I am so grateful for how much this role has pushed me to grow personally and professionally.

How would you describe Trissential in five words or less?

Great people doing amazing things.

What would you be doing if you hadn’t gone into technology consulting?

I always wanted to be a teacher, mostly so I could coach sports  Fortunately, a lot of my role involves introducing new things to people, so I still get to do quite a bit of teaching and coaching.
