What makes you excited to start work each day?
Every day provides potentially new challenges (i.e. process changes, reporting equipment changes, cash/revenue forecast changes). My role is ever-changing, though I still enjoy my core responsibilities.
Up until today, what’s the most important accomplishment of your career?
I established internal audits and controls while working at a growing dental network. The results of these audits were measurable – saving the company roughly $2K per month in invalid patient account balance write-offs. Additionally, I tracked client business activities while working at a tax compliance software company. I was able to identify possible opportunities for sales of additional services that I would pass on to sales personnel.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy reading (John Grisham, Dan Brown, ….) and working math and crossword puzzles.
What part of Trissential’s core values do you connect with best and why?
Passionately professional. Reliability is important when reporting financial data and my goal is to always be as accurate as possible.
How would you describe Trissential in five words or less?
Professional, yet personable (fun)
Lastly, why did you choose to join Trissential?
I enjoy the smaller businesses. I want to know that my efforts are making an impact. I spent 5 years at a large national health insurance provider and felt that no matter what level of effort I provided it didn’t make a difference.
