Trissential, an Expleo Company, announces the hire of Jackie McDougall as QA Practice Director. Jackie brings 25+ years of IT and software testing experience, having successfully implemented QA strategies and solutions for many clients across various industries.

Trissential’s Head of Quality Solutions shares, “I’m very excited to have Jackie join Quality Solutions. Jackie made a career of helping organizations improve their quality and delivery processes and she’s now bringing her deep QA experience into the people, process, and tool improvements at Trissential. Jackie’s core competencies in test process improvement, QA adoption within Agile delivery models, test automation, and QA within IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), even better position us to assist our clients with the increasing demand for speed to production, while still meeting the high-quality standards their users and customers have come to expect. This is a perfect match!”

“I’m looking forward to delivering expert, tailored QA strategies for our clients, and driving forward best practice and continuous improvement in QA across our team”, says McDougall. “I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing, inspiring, and passionate QA evangelists, and I knew when I met Jeff and the team that this was a fantastic opportunity for that good fortune to continue. I enjoy establishing QA strategy and delivering tangible improvements – the transformation is sometimes incredible, and I love seeing my clients happy that I’ve made a positive impact on their processes. I’m very excited to join the Trissential team as QA Practice Director.”

Before Trissential, McDougall held various senior positions with Planisware, IQVIA, Aegon, and Sopra Steria. McDougall has presented at highly regarded industry conferences such as the User Conference for Advanced Automated Testing (UCAAT) and EuroSTAR Testing Conferences and has published articles on driving quality improvements, testing processes, business intelligence testing, and test data privacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, and a Master’s in Information Technology, both completed at Glasgow University in Scotland.
