What makes you excited to start work each day?
Every day is an opportunity to add value, learn something, and make incremental improvements.
Up until today, what’s the most important accomplishment of your career?
The technology field can be very character-building. I really had to be courageous and step outside of my comfort zone. I’m pretty proud of that. As a result, it’s been a masterclass in trusting my intuition and building experiences.
What inspired you to enter the technology field?
I kind of entered the technology field by accident. When I went to computer programming school, I had no clue what I was getting into. I took night classes in C++ and Java, and I fell in love with the problem-solving aspects of it. In fact, it was like doing sudoku for a living. I love taking on the challenges of building new technology, transforming processes, and building new teams. It’s very rewarding work.
What would you be doing if you hadn’t gone into technology consulting?
I would probably be a psychologist or life coach.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I love traveling. I’m usually planning our next trip. Additionally, my family is really into movies. We watched all of the movies nominated for the 2022 Oscars.
What part of Trissential’s core values do you connect with best and why?
I really connect with Trissential’s mission and values as a whole. Indeed, we aren’t the typical consulting firm. We strive to do what is best for each situation. In fact, it’s about providing the highest value for the clients and meeting them where they are. We don’t prescribe a one-size-fits-all model. We get to know the clients’ circumstances at a deeper level so we can make truly transformative recommendations for improvement. That’s why I came back to Trissential. I have a passion for this type of work and Trissential is the only consulting firm I know of that works in this way.

I chose to return to Trissential because I felt I had the perfect combination of experience and passion to bring to the team.
